We can only dispense prescription medications upon receipt of a valid prescription from an authorised prescriber. We cannot supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription under any circumstances.
Weight loss medications (including Wegovy and Mounjaro) are prescription-only medicines. Before we can supply these, you must complete a clinical assessment to confirm that the medication is safe and appropriate for you.
Appointments for private services can be booked online via our website, by telephone, or in person at either of our pharmacy locations. By completing a booking, you are confirming that:
The information you have provided is accurate and complete
You meet any eligibility criteria stated for the service
You are aged 18 or over, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if under 18
Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message by email or SMS. Please check your confirmation details and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rescheduled your appointment. You can do this by:
Replying to your confirmation message
Calling us on the number for your chosen location

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or failure to attend without notice may result in a cancellation charge. We will notify you of any applicable charge at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment in exceptional circumstances, such as staff absence or an emergency. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens and will offer you an alternative appointment at no additional cost.
Payment is required at the time of booking or at the time of your appointment, as specified when you book. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Prices for our services are as listed on our website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any change will not affect a booking you have already confirmed and paid for.
