1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Singh Pharmacy website (singh-pharmacy.co.uk) and the services we provide.

2. Our Services

Singh Pharmacy provides the following services:

  • NHS prescription dispensing

  • Private prescription dispensing

  • Ear wax removal (microsuction)

  • IV vitamin drip therapy

  • Private GP consultations

  • Private blood testing

  • Weight loss programmes (including Wegovy and Mounjaro)

  • Travel clinic and vaccination services

  • Minor ailments consultations

  • Stop smoking clinic

  • Blood pressure monitoring

  • General pharmacy and health products

2.1 NHS Services

NHS services are provided in accordance with our NHS contract and the relevant NHS terms of service. These Terms and Conditions apply to private services only, except where stated.

2.2 Private Clinical Services

All private clinical services are provided by, or under the supervision of, our qualified and registered healthcare professionals. Services are subject to clinical suitability assessment. We reserve the right to decline to provide a service where it is not clinically appropriate for you.

2.3 Prescription Medications

We can only dispense prescription medications upon receipt of a valid prescription from an authorised prescriber. We cannot supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription under any circumstances.

Weight loss medications (including Wegovy and Mounjaro) are prescription-only medicines. Before we can supply these, you must complete a clinical assessment to confirm that the medication is safe and appropriate for you.


3. Booking Appointments

3.1 Making a Booking

Appointments for private services can be booked online via our website, by telephone, or in person at either of our pharmacy locations. By completing a booking, you are confirming that:

  • The information you have provided is accurate and complete

  • You meet any eligibility criteria stated for the service

  • You are aged 18 or over, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if under 18

3.2 Appointment Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message by email or SMS. Please check your confirmation details and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rescheduled your appointment. You can do this by:

  • Replying to your confirmation message

  • Calling us on the number for your chosen location

  • Emailing us at [your contact email]

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or failure to attend without notice may result in a cancellation charge. We will notify you of any applicable charge at the time of booking.

3.4 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment in exceptional circumstances, such as staff absence or an emergency. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens and will offer you an alternative appointment at no additional cost.


4. Payments

4.1 Private Services

Payment is required at the time of booking or at the time of your appointment, as specified when you book. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Prices for our services are as listed on our website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any change will not affect a booking you have already confirmed and paid for.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit and debit card. Payment details are processed securely — we do not store your full card details.

4.3 NHS Prescription Charges

Standard NHS prescription charges apply to all NHS prescriptions unless you are exempt. It is your responsibility to confirm whether you are exempt from NHS prescription charges. Providing a false declaration of exemption is a criminal offence.

4.4 Refunds

If you cancel a paid appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 working days to appear.

Refunds are not available for services that have already been provided, unless there has been an error on our part.

If you are unhappy with a service you have received, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the matter.


5. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about your health, medical history and any medications you are taking

  • Inform us of any changes to your health or circumstances that may affect your treatment

  • Follow the advice and guidance given by our healthcare professionals

  • Attend appointments on time, or give adequate notice if you are unable to attend

  • Treat our staff with respect at all times

We cannot accept responsibility for any adverse outcomes that result from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.


6. Clinical Disclaimer
